Sword Workshop in Crystal Lake, March 6:

Powerful precision, stunning balance and fabulous floorwork earmark crowd-pleasing sword work.  Add something new to your performance "bag o' tricks" or expand on your current knowledge.  With her years of experience and sly sense of humor, Christina is an excellent teacher, breaking down movements into easy-to-digest pieces. You know her, you love her... now study with her!

Juanita and Christina are joining forces to bring you a workshop that will show the dancer how to incorporate yoga into dance practice and will give the yoga enthusiast some insight into some of the building blocks of intricate and controlled bellydance movement.

Workshops will take place from 1:30-3:30pm
